Colin has 24 years of experience with large multi-national companies holding Senior Management LD and HR roles. In his most recent assignments he was managing Learning Development in Dubai alongside famous brands such as Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lionsgate and DreamWorks. His career has taken him to 36 different countries where he has worked with various nationalities and delivered highly effective LD programs in hotels, resorts, trains, cruises and large corporations.

He is an internationally certified NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner and Master Coach from NLP Top Coach, under the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), the World’s largest NLP authority. He is also a certified JIGSAW discovery tool Master trainer and Lego Serious Play facilitator and certified from the Disney Institute, USA.
