This 3 days Action Centered Manager workshop is designed for new or potential candidates entering management positions. The program covers the core skills that all managers need to manage a team effectively and get results. We use dynamic role plays and experiential learning to ensure that delegates fully grasp the tools needed to excel and succeed.

Identify the roles which are fulfilled while working as a manager.
Identify managerial activities that contribute to managerial effectiveness.
Identify a cause of stress in managerial life from a range covering mismatches between capabilities and role, player-manager tension and everyday stressors.
Understand time pressures and the need for time management.
Learn effective praising and motivational techniques
Understand and coach new team members through their levels of development
Understand and implement the Action Centered Leadership Model
