Colin is an international and accredited Trainer in 5-star hotels, resorts, cruises, corporations and theme parks. In his most recent assignments, he was Director of Learning and Development for MotionGate, Bollywood, Riverland and IMG Theme Parks in Dubai, which featured brands such as Cartoon Network, Marvel, Lionsgate, Universal Studios and more.
Colin is certified as an international trainer in Leadership, Customer Service, Presentation Skills and Management Training. He is certified in the Disney approach to Quality Customer Service, Leadership, and Employee Engagement from the Disney Institute in the USA and on location at Disneyworld.
He is an internationally certified NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Certified NLP Trainer from NLP Top Coach, under the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), the World’s largest NLP authority. He is also a certified JIGSAW discovery tool Master trainer and Lego Serious Play facilitator.
