We begin this workshop using the Jigsaw tool which allows us to uncover and map our personality type and understand each other’s task preference and preferred style of working. This is the perfect segue into the workshop where we examine the critical role a supervisor plays in facilitating communication between top management and the front-line teams, as well directly managing key performers. During this workshop we explore several critical aspects of the role of a supervisor and using interactive role play, discussion, activities we will go on an interactive journey that looks inside the role of a supervisor.
