Last week The Learning and Development of Tokopedia experienced the practical Jigsaw Discovery Tool programme for the first time.

This workshop-based self-discovery programme benefits employees in both their workplace and in life. It not only helps participants develop in-depth self-awareness, but also an understanding and tolerance of the working styles of others using only four colours red, blue , yellow and green.
