Course Overview
This 5 day session is designed for organisation leaders and directors. The objective of the session is to provide the attendees with strategic leadership and change management strategies, techniques and processes to drive the organisation forward. Alongside the leaning objectives, the attendees will also be guided through self reflection upon their own leadership style, traits and areas of personal develop. Strategic leadership is a leadership style. It provides the vision and direction for the growth and success of an organisation. To successfully deal with change, all executives need the skills and tools for both strategy formulation and implementation. Managing change and ambiguity requires strategic leaders who not only provide a sense of direction, but who can also build ownership and alignment within their workgroups to implement change.
Working with people from different cultures brings many benefits. However it can present challenges. Other than language, differing values, work practises, management styles and ways of communication can create hidden walls and obstacles. This workshop is designed specifically for professionals who work within a cross cultural workplace. This one day workshop provides the participants with the opportunity to learn about each other’s cultural values, perspectives and differences while identifying and designing collaborative communication strategies and solutions for more productive and successful working relationships.
